Wellington U20 side named to take on Manawatu
Wellington Rugby will field an U20 side to take on Manawatu U20 on Saturday 11 February, at NZCIS kicking off at 12:00pm.
This event starts a tri-series with Hawkes Bay U20 included also, to help promote players towards Hurricanes U20 selection for the Super U20 tournament in March.

Wellington will strip 25 players for the first match which includes players from the 2023 Wellington Academy, 2022 Wellington U19 and selected college leavers from 2022.
Included are 4 older players (20 last year) two who are returning from long term injury and two talented players for the future.
The Team is being coached by former Wellington Lions players Trent Renata, Eugene Smith & Dan Farani.
The team players will move back to club trainings after the final game to help prepare for their seasons.
