How to Report (Quick Steps)
- Choose the correct form and complete it as soon as possible after the match
- Stick to facts: who, what, when, where; exact wording/actions; witnesses; attachments
- Submit on time (same day or within the stated window)
- Advise a member of the WRRA Committee once submitted
URGENT: Referee Abuse
Referee Abuse: Zero tolerance for any verbal, physical or threatening behaviour toward match officials - act immediately and report without delay.

- Who completes: Referee or Team Manager
- Timeframe: Same day if possible, within 24 hours
NZ Rugby Concussion Notification (Blue Card)
Purpose: Record suspected concussion and start the NZR Blue Card return‑to‑play process.

- Who completes: Referee issues Blue Card; Referee or Team/Club completes notification & WRFU will complete any follow‑ups
- Timeframe: Immediate match‑day notification; follow NZR RTP steps
Referee Report - Match Called Off
Purpose: Record why a match was abandoned or not completed (weather, ground, safety, discipline).

WRFU Injury Report Form
Purpose: Notify WRFU of any injury requiring medical attention (on field or immediately after).
