Governance

Wellington Rugby is governed by a Board of Directors, led by Phil Holden, which delegates authority to a Stakeholders Council (Club delegates) to oversee amateur rugby. The Stakeholders Council is led by Florence Masoe.

These boards are supported by an executive led by CEO Tony Giles whose responsibility is to lead and administer rugby in Wellington at both the community and professional (Wellington Lions) level.
