Pride wider training squad announced

Wellington Pride head coach Ross Bond has announced a wider training squad to prepare for the Farah Palmer Cup.

Bond said it was an enlarged squad due to about 12 players carrying injuries who are currently on return to play programmes.

The squad will play an internal trial ahead of a pre-season fixture against Manawatu on Saturday, August 17.

The final Farah Palmer Cup squad will be named on Sunday, August 18.

Trainings are Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Petone Rugby Club starting at 6.30pm. First training will be Tuesday, July 30.

Please meet from 6pm.
