Volunteers are an integral part of the delivery of sport at any level. Whether it's as a coach, manager, providing transport, officiating, being part of a committee the list goes on.
In order to participate in structured competitions our clubs need to have a structure that supports and encourages a team of volunteers to make it happen.
It also very useful to ensure that any work involved in the Volunteer space is consistent with the strategic direction of your Club, now and in the future.
This guide will be a useful tool to evaluate, enhance and establish a plan that solely focuses on your Club's volunteers.
