Following the re-appointment of LINCOLN RAWLES and GREG SHARLAND as 1st XV Coaches, Wellington College Rugby is now calling for coaches and managers of our other grades (Under 19 Open, Under 15, Under 14, Under 65kg, Under 55kg) to become part of the overall WCRFC rugby coaching team for the 2013 season.
Applicants should have considerable and reputable coaching experience, be able to demonstrate leadership and excellent communication, be able to provide a comprehensive coaching overview to these teams and have a dedication to work co-operatively with the Club Convener to ensure a positive and collaborative culture within the WCRFC coaching team.
Applicants should be proficient in coaching backs or forwards and bring enthusiasm to the role.
Managers are also required for all teams. The major responsibility of these roles is to relieve the team coaches of off-field organisational matters.
The WCRFC Committee is also looking for new members. Any parents of current players and new entrants arriving in 2013 are welcome to help the club to be the sport of choice at Wellington College.
