Junior Registration Day
A Hurricane hit the rugby community during the night of Thursday 25th February. 17 clubs around the Wellington region held a junior rugby registration night with players from the Hurricanes at each club.
This full-on attack proved to be a big hit with these future Hurricanes as nearly 2000 kids registered to play rugby for the 2010 season.
Players were involved in many activities from helping with weigh-ins, to giving out jerseys and of course signing autographs.
All kids who registered on the night received a free Leslie rugby ball, a poster, and vouchers to Pirates Cove mini-golf and the Hurricanes v Lions game at Westpac Stadium.
