The 2010 Swindale Shield will kick off on Easter Saturday, the 3rd of April.
The feature match of week 1 will see last years Jubilee Cup finalists Norths and Marist St Pats meet up at Porirua Park. The joint defending Swindale Shield champions Norths and Petone will play each other on the 1st of May at Porirua Park.
Newly promoted Johnsonville play their first game against the Wests Roosters at Helston Park on opening weekend.
