Q. What is an RTP?
A. An RTP is the Right to Purchase a seat (or, in some cases, a ticket) at events not included within your Membership. RTPs arise for the NZI Sevens and Rebel Sport Super 14 play-off matches and NPC semi-finals and finals. As a Member, an RTP gives you first right to purchase a seat at any of these events and we will contact you by mail with RTP details closer to the time.
Q. When do RTPs usually happen?
A. We will contact you several weeks before the semi-final or final to explain the RTP booking process. You will receive your NZI Sevens RTP during the NPC.
Q. How do I get my tickets for the NZI Sevens?
A. You will be mailed a 'rights to purchase' booking form before the event goes on public sale. The primary account holder will be offered preferential rights to purchase the corresponding number of tickets to the NZI Sevens. This must be completed during the preferential booking period outlined in the letter. The rights to purchase do not necessarily guarantee you the same seats as your Membership, but you will have the opportunity to purchase the equivalent number of tickets to the event.
Q. How many NZI Sevens tickets can I purchase?
A. The same number of Membership cards you hold.
Q. What other events am I able to get tickets for through my Membership?
A. Whilst not included in the Membership, Members will be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets to the following events;
- Hurricanes Rebel Sport Super 14 home play-off fixtures.
- Vodafone Wellington Lions NPC home semi-final and/or final.
- 2011 NZI Sevens.
Q. I don't want to sit near the 'drip line' where is that?
A. Obviously the wind and rain direction will influence your chances of getting wet in the first few rows of the covered area. The 'drip line' is approximately around between Row CC in the uncovered area and Row C in the covered area.
Q. I want to sit as close as possible to the players' tunnel, where is that?
A. The players' tunnel is between Aisles 22 and 23.

A. The entrance to the Westpac Stadium is at the Southern End of the ground near Aisles 18 and 19.
Q. What do I get for my money?
A. Hurricanes & Lions Membership will guarantee your seat at all home round robin matches at Westpac Stadium for the Rebel Sport Super 14 and NPC. It will also provide access to the Hardham and Jubilee Cup finals. Full Season Memberships also include tickets to the All Blacks v South Africa test match at Westpac Stadium in 2010.
