Q. I have never been a Member before, can I purchase a Season Membership?
A. Yes you can! "Give Ticketek a call on 0508 948 678"
Q. My membership category is not available in 2012, why is this?
A. One of the issues that our supporters have raised is that there are too many ticket categories and working out the best place to sit can be confusing. As a result we've simplified the layout, so there are just three price categories in total: platinum covered, platinum uncovered and silver and the third category being bronze. So those sitting in the bronze and silver sections will pay the same price for that area whether your seat is covered or uncovered.
Q. What is the Members’ Stand?
A. Because Members like to sit with other Members at our matches, we've created a designated Members' Stand in the platinum aisles on the Eastern side of the stadium. Membership prices for the uncovered seats in the stand will be the same as for the silver seating areas and all Members' stand patrons will receive a free match programme. For the first time, you will also be able to purchase junior Memberships in these aisles, so the whole whanau can sit together.
Q. What are my payment method options?
A. The easiest way to pay is by Credit Card. Please note an administration fee of $20 applies to the six-part payment option. You can also pay by cheque or internet banking. The part payment option consists of 6 payments, with the first being processed on 20th January, 2012 and the other 5 on or closest to the 20th of each month from February-June 2012 inclusive. It also includes the $20 administration fee. These options must be taken up by 13th January 2012 to take advantage of these part payment plans.
